Game night, finally scheduled.

MeppleTime is a free poll for board game nights: share one link, friends vote on dates, and you pick the game together.

Three steps

How it works

1

Pick possible dates

Create a poll in seconds and share one link. Nobody needs an account or an app.

2

Everyone votes

Yes, no or maybe on each date, live for the whole group, on any device.

3

Play

Lock the winning night, pick the game together, and see exactly who is coming.

Group availability

The best night jumps out

The group availability view shades every date by how many people can make it. No spreadsheet, no twenty-message thread.

Side by side

Who can, who can't, who's thinking

A Doodle-style table shows everyone's answers side by side and updates live as votes come in.

Decide what you'll play, too

Anyone can suggest games, with live BoardGameGeek search, and vote for favorites. The leading game shows up next to the winning date.

Keep the dice rolling

MeppleTime is free, with no ads and no paid tier. It is one person's passion project: if it saved your group a planning headache, you can buy me a coffee.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Is it free?

Yes, completely. No ads and no locked features; MeppleTime is a passion project for people who love game nights.

Do my friends need accounts?

No. Voters open the link, type a first name and vote. Creating a poll needs no account either; signing in is optional and only keeps your polls together across devices.

Why not just any date poll?

Generic polls stop at dates. MeppleTime knows games have player counts, lets the group vote on what to play with BoardGameGeek search built in, and shows who is actually coming.

How long do polls stick around?

Until about a year after the last proposed date, then they are cleaned up automatically.

Does it work on phones?

Everywhere: it runs on any device with a browser, and you can install it to get an app icon on your home screen.

Is it available in Polish?

Yes: the whole app and this page speak Polish and English. The toggle is in the top corner.

Two halves, one night

Sage is the calendar: everyone's separate weeks. Terracotta is the moment of commitment: the night you actually show up. MeppleTime stands on the seam where they meet.
